If you just opened a new pair of MystiLens brand lenses and found that you don't like them, don't worry, we can send you another pair of different styles of lenses for free, but you will need to pay a $9.99 shipping fee. You don't need to return the original lenses. Please contact us at mystilenshelp@gmail.com first and our staff will serve you within 24 hours.

If you ordered multiple pairs from the MystiLens brand, we recommend that you open one pair first to see if they fit you. That way, if you don't like it, the rest of your order is still eligible for standard return or exchange. Although our 40-day trial guarantee only applies to one pair of MystiLens brand, we can re-ship the rest of your order without returning it in the following cases:

• The product itself is defective

• The quantity or item delivered is incorrect

• You are quite dissatisfied with your shopping experience with MystiLense, and we will communicate with you in good faith until you are satisfied.
