International Shipping Process &Time

1. Does MystiLens ship to my country?

We ship to almost every country in the world except the following ones, due to shipping restrictions. We're sorry and will keep working on this.

2. When can you ship my order ?

Packages will be ready from MystiLens Warehouse within 48 hours of placing the order (except holidays). At the same time, you will receive a notification email in your mailbox after the package is shipped. The tracking number inside is to track the timely status of the package.(If you do not receive the email, please check your junk mailbox or email us mystilenshelp@gmail.com in time)

3. How long is the shipping time?

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time

Processing Time: Usually within 3-7days, and it will be delayed to within 1-2days during the certain holiday

The shipping time is up to multiple factors, like the destination country, custom,weather, and so on, which is really hard to control. This is what we are working on all the time to make it better and improved.

If you haven't received the package for a long time, it may be a case of package loss, please contact us in time, we will handle it for you.

4. How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping on orders over $29. Otherwise, it will cost $6.9by default logistics. Some countries will charge $16.99 (Okinawa, Japan)

5. Will I have to pay taxes?

Each country has its own customs rules and policies. Please contact local customs for more information. If, in rare cases, import duties or taxes are charged, the customer is responsible for paying them.

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number. After that, you will be able to track your order at https://www.17track.net/en. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.

7. What if the package doesn’t arrive?

If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at

mystilenshelp@gmail.com. We'll  resend a new one or give you a full refund.
8. Can I cancel or change my order?

If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us at mystilenshelp@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once in the ready-to-delivery state, the order cannot be canceled or changed.
